Thank you for shopping with Artfully Taught.
Where We Ship
At this time, Artfully Taught ships only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Processing and Shipping Time
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from a third-party warehouse.
Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are generally sent using ground shipping.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during holidays, periods of high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Artfully Taught is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted to the warehouse.
Artfully Taught is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your tracking information shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photographs or tracking information so we can review the situation.
Digital Products
Digital products do not require shipping. Access or download instructions will be provided electronically after purchase.
